What data do we use?
§.1 General Provisions
1. The data administrator is “DO-MET” Technologies S.A. with its registered office at ul. Korczaka 9 in Sanok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000782007, for which the registration files are kept by the Court. Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: PL6871968647, REGON: 383107037. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
2. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
3. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security.
4. Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons of the Court Register, NIP: PL6871968647, REGON: 383107037. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their the storage takes place on secured servers.
§.2 Data Administrator
The service provider is the administrator of his clients’ data.
1. Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the Services provided electronically.
2. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
3. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible via e-mail at the following e-mail address: office@domet-tech.pl
4. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of pursuing possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
5. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg law enforcement authorities).
6. Removal of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent.
7. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
8. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§3. Cookies
The domet-tech.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
1. The collected information relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the website.
We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only within the do-met.pl company in order to optimize activities.
3. We use the following cookies on our website:
- “Necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
- “Performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the way the website pages are used.

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by the browser by completing the form. The browser saves the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
